Pretty much anything with Garlic, I love!

Roasted Garlic

1 Garlic Bulb
1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper
Preheat Oven 400
Cut the top of the Garlic Bulb off and drizzle with Olive Oil and Salt and Pepper. Wrap the Garlic in tin foil so that it closes on the cut part. Place in oven for 1 hour.

  1. Thank you so much for posting this recipe! I absolutely love roasted garlic but have never known how exactly to make it. Definitely a Thanksgiving addition.

  2. My friend’s mother used make us roasted garlic with a pesto sauce on the side and we would sit for hours eating fresh roasted garlic spread on cut french bread…yummy. I can now do this at home, didn’t realize how simple it was.
